I was at the end of my shift when the 2012 Olympics opening ceremony started airing. I wanted to pull the hands of time faster so that I could log out and head home and watch at the comfort of my old comfy couch. What can I say? The production was impressive. I would not even dare to compare it to the past Olympic opening ceremonies. Can I just say I liked the mix of movie and all-star concert production?
For those who weren't able to watch the live telecast, let me share to you some pictures I found all over the internet:

I feel lucky to be able to witness such a momentous event. How about you?
