How often do you get to see flowers and greens planted on potholes all around the city? I don't think this idea has been adapted here in the Philippines already but I have a little interesting discovery this week and I would be selfish to not share this with you. I think Steve Wheen's idea is genius! Well, truth be told he actually did not intend to beautify the streets of the city where he lives in but he wants to highlight the potholes for lack of repairs and attention from the government.
