All flights bound for Bacolod, Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Laoag, Tagbilaran and Kalibo (flight numbers 239, 240, 249 and 250) will depart and arrive in NAIA (Terminal 2) near Nayong Filipino.
All flights bound for Butuan, Busuanga, Cagayan de Oro, Calbayog, Catarman, Caticlan, Cotabato, Dipolog, Dumaguete, Legazpi, Masbate, Naga, Ozamiz, Puerto Princesa, Roxas, Surigao, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Kalibo (flight numbers 081, 082, 561, 562, 565, 566, 975, 976, 969 and 970) will depart and arrive in NAIA Terminal 3 across Resorts World Manila.
