So here comes the revelation. I am a Sarah Geronimo fan. Not a die-hard fanatic nor someone who would skip work to watch her concerts or to attend every press con or mall show she has. I am probably a passive fan of her talent and yes, I have watched all her movies.

Anyway, let's get to the reason of this post.
Sarah Geronimo is the first Filipino to win the Best Asian Artist at the Mnet Asian Music Awards held in Hong Kong recently. Sarah bested other Asian talents namely Agnes Monica (Indonesia), My Tam (Vietnam), Taufik Batisah (Singapore), Li Yuchun (China), AKB48 (Japan) and Wang Leehom (Taiwan).
Mnet Asian Music Awards or MAMA, organized by Mnet Media based in South Korea, gathers the biggest K-Pop artists and is a major music award-giving body for 12 years now. This year's event was graced by the likes of Adam Lambert, B.o.B and Jackie Chan.
