I started watching Miss Universe pageant in 1994 and since then I have always picked out my Top 10 girls before the show. I thought I would like to share to you who my picks are this year based on their beauty, pictures and interviews I have seen so far. Hope I get at least one right...
I think the crown will be given to a Latina again (or maybe Russian)... but who knows? Watch the telecast live from Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 19 (8PM EST) as the longest reigning Miss Universe, Leila Lopes, bequeaths her crown to the next queen (of humanitarian causes).
And just because anyone with an internet connection can VOTEtheir favorite girl into the semi-finals and considering how Filipinos support our very own representative, I think Janine Tugonon will make it too (so she's the 11th girl in my list). By the way, voting ends on December 18, 6PM EST and you can vote up to 10 times per day.
