My Instagram followers have been flooded with my food posts since my husband came home for vacation. I hope they don't mind though as my husband is really having his time being pampered silly by his little Filipina wife (check!).
This is my first ever attempt at cooking a duck. I was praying and praying and praying while cooking that I will not fail because this could have been an expensive fail. We bought the frozen duck from the supermarket for almost Php1000 ($25). This 5-pound duck happily roasted inside the oven for almost 2 hours (I moved the tray every 15 minutes for even roasting).
I have not posted a few other dishes I prepared yet so watch out for more. Lately though, we have been eating out because we are just too busy processing my papers for my visa application and doing some winter clothes shopping on the side. Ahhh, this is exciting! I am looking forward to cooking from his kitchen in Denmark really soon...
