Executive Chef Warren Brown brings flavors of his motherland to the shores of Manila with a four-week invasion of HEAT's interactive theater-kitchens. Unlock the enticing culinary secrets to old English favorites: Fish and Chips, Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding, and Sheperd's Pie. Sweet-toothed diners may also indulge on desserts fit for English royalty such as Victoria Sandwich, Queen's Pudding, and Eton Mess, among others.

Indulge on a rich sampling of authentic and imported Devon clotted cream with fresh strawberries, scones filled with jam and spreads and other bite-sized sandwiches and cakes in a British High Tea fit for English gentry. Marvel at the splendor and tranquility of the newly-renovated Lobby Lounge while taking pleasure in three tiers of British High Tea, with a complimentary refill, paired with a selection of fine Dilmah teas.

Diners are treated to a feast of Braised Baby Abalone with Black Mushrooms and Sea Moss, Stewed Efu Noodles with Seafood among other culinary masterpieces that are part of the Wealth, Prosperity and Longevity set menus for tables of 10 more.
