I am going to start a new series here in my blog. As a new mom I could never get enough of taking pictures of the little one so please expect a lot of photos of our dear darling daughter. I aim to chronicle moments and the minute changes that I would otherwise forget if I don't take pictures.
Here's the first entry for this series: (these pictures were taken between February 9 to 22 - technically two weeks as the first week was spent just soaking in the precious first days)
I love how I can recall the emotions that I felt when these pictures were taken just by looking at each one of the frames. Oh such joy, pure bliss! Giving birth to my baby Summer is one of the best moments of my life. I dreamed of having a baby for many years and my pregnancy and her birth is just but part of a sweet journey that our family will share.
It still feels surreal that I am now a mother but I am willing to go through all the new-mom experiences all over again if given another chance. This is real, this is our life story and I am so glad to be a part of it!
