I was glued to the telly after the breaking news flashed on screen on May 2nd: "It's a girl for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's second baby!" And the whole of England and the world over erupted in glee and excitement. The #RoyalBaby is finally out, the fourth heir to the throne. Finally, a princess!
It's amazing that she was only in labor for more than two hours and was out of the hospital a little over 12 hours after being admitted. What's more amazing is that she came out of the hospital wearing a floral white and yellow Jenny Packham dress looking like this:

Did she even give birth to this 8 pounds 3 ounces precious little princess? She was stunning. I was all bloated 12 hours after I gave birth for crying out loud. I guess normal delivery does have its advantages and of course being a member of the royalty to boot.

The little princess was definitely worth the wait. She is the first girl born in the main line of succession in 65 years. Now the whole world is waiting for the announcement of the name that William and Kate chose for their little baby girl. Any guesses?
